Hi! My name is Shayna Overly and I motivate people who are inspired to better their lives with empowering, dynamic and effective group workouts!
A little about me:
My fitness journey really took off when I was about 27, mother of a two year old, and struggling with depression. I found myself at a studio with dance and group fitness classes that really lifted my heart and soul! I made new friendships and found a love with the "We're all in this together" mentality of fitness. It was here that I was introduced to the Beachbody format, PiYo. After the dance studio sadly closed, I was motivated to certify as a PiYo Live Instructor to continue to provide group fitness classes for my community.
It was during the pandemic that I found WARRIOR Rhythm™ by following the creator, Ellen de Werd, on social media, and I was instantly intrigued! I soon certified to teach WARRIOR Rhythm™ and then WARRIOR Strength™ not too long after. Certifying and teaching the WARRIOR formats has helped me grow in so many ways. In 2021, I completed my AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor certificate (after 3 yrs of planning) and in 2023, I completed my AFAA G.E.A.R Indoor Cycling certification. I'm excited to continue my growth in the fitness industry, helping to motivate and bring happiness to people of all walks of life!
As a Group Fitness Instructor, my goal is to help inspire positivity, encourage confidence, and boost mental, and physical well-being through movement, TOGETHER!

WARRIOR Combat™ "Keep Fighting":
